Your Instructor
Tactical Periodisation® is a methodology created by Vítor Frade.
This methodology is based on knowledge autonomously built, arised from personal experiences and learnings ranged from Vítor Frade's childhood to the present.
He is the creator of Tactical Periodiation®. A training methodology that emerged approximately 50 years ago, being known internationally known for the top coaches it helped created, such as Vítor Pereira, José Mourinho, André Vilas Boas, Carlos Carvalhal, Luís Castro, among others.
Vítor Frade is also the author of several books that allow us to understand why he is (re)known as one of the greatest specialists among the world's great thinkers in football, training and game.
